Statement: Dr. Eric P. Bachelor is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 40 years of experience. Practicing in Pleasanton and Danville, California, Dr. Bachelor performs all aspects of cosmetic and plastic surgery of the face and body.

In addition to running his own plastic surgery center, East Bay Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Bachelor serves as the Medical Director for Allergan’s CoolSculpting, a body contouring procedure that eliminates stubborn areas of fat via freezing. I would defiantly recommend a breast augmentation. This will also lift your breast to some degree. The amount of lift achieved depends on the size of the implant chosen. The larger the implant, the greater the lift. Meeting in consultation would allow a better assessment of your breast and the desired look you would like to achieve.

What you are experiencing is very common and should resolve over the next 2 months. This tingling represents nerve regeneration and is a normal part of healing. If it is truly "driving you crazy", Gabapentin is a medication that may help these symptoms.

If a woman has significant drooping of her breasts, a breast lift can be an important part of her makeover. Augmentation of the breasts can provide some lifting of the breast depending on the size of the implant and the degree of the drooping present. In your case, I feel that implants alone should provide you with a good result. The larger the implant the greater the lift Good luck with your surgery

It may difficult to apply a unit to that area.  Liposuction maybe a better alternative for you.  I would recommend you having a consultation.

It would be unrealistic to say you would achieve your ideal look in 2 months.  Although CoolSculpting does help with the fat reduction within 2 months, on average you would see greater results at 4 months.  Additionally you may need multiple treatments to achieve the look you desire, which would be done 2 months apart.   Liposuction may be a better alternative.  You can achieve your result in 4-6 weeks.

Because you have a moderate amount of drooping of your breasts, I would consider a differential augmentation and Mastopexy to lift and reshape your breasts.  This will provide you with firmer, fuller, shapelier and lifted breasts that appear more similar in size.

There is no evidence that suggests you will accumulate excess fat around your organs after CoolSculpting.  CoolSculpting is targeted towards our fat that lies right beneath the dermal layer of our skin.  Diet and exercise definitely effect the visceral fat that surrounds our organs and heart.

CoolSculpting is able to reduce fat thickness approximately 25-30% with each treatment.  However if you have multiple treatments in on area, you have a chance of further contouring the area.   There is no guarantee that more than 40% of the fat will be lost.  Getting to an ideal weight is a good idea, prior to having your treatment, and after!

There is a range of fees with CoolSculpting depending on which treatment (unit) you would need.  A large applicator is counted as 2 cycles.  The cost is approximately $750.00 per cycle, although when you receive more than 4 cycles the price will start to drop.  The CoolMini, which is primarily used for the submental area is 900.00 per cycle.

From just the look of your photos, you look like you would be an excellent candidate for CoolSculpting.  You would need a consultation to determine the number of treatments necessary.  I feel you may benefit from 4 treatments to the abdomen, 2 applications to the hips and 2 applications to the bra line.  I would need to evaluate your arms, there may not be enough fat in that area.  Overall you appear to be a very good candidate.  8 cycles of CoolSculpting is approximately $4500.00
