Great question, and the answer is yes in most cases. I perform face/neck lift surgery very frequently and combine the surgery with a fractional CO2 laser of the brow, eyelids, cheeks and peri-oral region (around the mouth). This improves overall skin quality as well as improving the appearance of the neck and jowls. The key is picking the right patient, and specifically avoiding patients with darker skin types.

Based on your photo you have some nerve weakness on one side. I see this sometimes after surgery and it nearly always resolves, though it may take a few weeks to begin looking normal. The nerves can be irritated from the surgery and are not likely damaged significantly. Thanks for the question!

I commonly put this scar behind the tragus in order to hide it better, but in most cases the scar will fade and be barely noticeable by 6 months after surgery. There are lots of scar therapies out there, but I have found the best to be silicone gel or tape and also laser treatments like fractional erbium and CO2 lasers. Do not worry as the appearance right now is just fine and will continue to improve.

This looks to me like it may be related to your thyroid problems, which can cause protruding eyes, but some asymmetry is normal. If this is new, you should see and ophthalmologist and also discuss with your primary care physician to find the source of the problem. Thanks!

You need to get clearance from your primary care physician and a cardiologist if your PCP is not comfortable giving it to you. Sounds like you are very healthy, but when considering a cosmetic procedure, you can never be too safe. Why are you having general anesthesia for your procedure? It is common for most facial plastic surgeons to perform facelifts under IV sedation and local anesthesia. Thanks for your question!
When can I see visible fat transfer results after a facelift?

You look very good for 5 weeks post-op. The swelling can take 6-8 weeks to settle and at that point you will know how much of the fat survived. It is common in my practice to do a second fat transfer at about 6 months after surgery to get optimal results. Synthetic fillers like Voluma or Radiesse are also used for cheek filling that does not require surgery, anesthesia or any recovery. Thanks for the question. Though your photo is not great quality, it appears that you have an over-projecting nose and slightly weak chin. Unfortunately this can happen in facelift surgery as the skin flaps can be long and have decreased blood supply. The good news is that the face tends to heal very well in time and you are likely to only need a minor revision or laser treatment to make the scar fade. You do NOT need surgery now. Be patient and listen to your surgeon's advice and all will likely be just fine.

This is a difficult problem that can result from a reduction rhinoplasty procedure. The mid- portion of your nose has settled and has a loss of support based on your photos. You should absolutely visit with your original surgeon and also consider consulting with another surgeon who is comfortable with revision nasal surgery. Good luck!

In many cases I correct structural problems inside the nose at the same time as a cosmetic rhinoplasty, which will improve the patient's breathing. Without examining your nose it is hard to say if you are a candidate. The ENT physician may be correct that allergies are to blame. But if your septum is crooked or your turbinates are enlarged, then it may be able to be fixed with surgery. Have another consult or two and get their opinions before proceeding.
