Thank you for your question. I agree with Dr. Zadeh. RF Microneedling is cost effective and will help improve both skin laxity and scarring. You can get really nice results with a series of 3 or 4 treatments.

An in person evaluation is necessary to determine which intervention would be best treatment for you. There is a new non-surgical treatment that you may be a good candidate for. The procedure is done in the office with a device called Aviva (by InMode). It uses bipolar radiofrequency to reduce the size of the labia and clitoral hood without any incisions. The procedure can be done with local anesthesia and there is minimal down time!
