According to my opinion based on my experience , classical tipplasty in rhinoplasty operation will better solution for yor tip definition. alar reposition will be unnecessary and more invasive for your tipplasty.

You have a wide alar base and wide nasal dorsum as you mention in your question. these problems can be solved by rhinoplasty operation ( ostectomiy and alar base reduction ) .İf you reach us we can send examples of patients about wide nasal dorsum and wide alar base .
