Dear Patient,Generally a breast lift is needed, if the nipple is at the level or below the inframammary fold. That’s a general rule.Your solution depends on the result you are aiming for.If you want real perky breast, I believe a lollipop lift is a durable solution.If you want somehow „ natural , slightly hanging breasts, a circumferential lift is a good solution.
