Dear salua041090In my opinion, a revisional surgery can be performed at this point. Sincerly, I don´t think there will major changes even if you wait to complete 12 months.Probably during your surgery an important portion of your septal cartilage was removed (usually the most anterior part) and because of that, the nasal tip moved backwards.and lost its definition and projection.The most important thing in your case is to improve the nasal tip support that the previous surgery…
