Thank you for your question. During the first treatment, you will experience a 25 minute cycle to cooling and warmth. The heat setting can be adjusted depending on the patient's tolerability. This treatment requires no down time. Some patients may experience some tenderness at the area that was treated, but can be relieved with 5 minutes of light massaging twice a day.
