These are not related and there is no contraindication to getting Botox and filler after a breast augmentation procedure.  The chance that one of the injections could lead to an infection is very small and we don´t know if this could potentially affect your implants.

First of all you say "I am extremely happy with the result" so I don´t understand why would you consider a rhinoplasty (metacrilatos are permanent fillers).

However rhinoplasty after a filler is often more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty for the difficult to remove the filler.

In my experience the best overall results are obtained with hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers (Juvederm). I don´t offer to my patients permanent techniques for lip augmentation.

First of all 200 cc from a neck liposuction is a very large amount of fat(I don´t remember removed this quantity of fat in a neck liposuction). There are two possibilities: the resection was minor or the swelling masks the fat removal(if this, that it's going to be improving with the months).
