Hello, your nose seems a little long and wide, with a tip that seems indeed a little droopy, ill defined and wide. Reshaping only the tip could create an unbalanced nose resulting in a wide upper part. Therefore, my advice would be to have a complete rhinoplasty performed. You could beneficiate from an ultrasonic preservation rhinoplasty . Good luck for the future

Hello, your tip is mainly too bulky, wide, giving this bulbous appearance. Therefore, the tip, supratip, infratip and columella are unbalanced with the rest of the noseA tip reshaping combined with the restoration of a good tip support (to avoid distortion when smiling) should easily fix this appearance. Beware that trimming only the tip to debulk it may create deformities. Structural reshaping of the tip should be more appropriateGood luck for the future

Hello, I advise not to combine both procedures, because doing a lip lift at the same time may distort the nasal base, but also may create necrosis of the columella or bad scaring (especially if a wide skin undermining is performed during the lip lift). Hi, alar widening and flaring while smiling, with a tip that drops and gets wider is a common phenomenon when there’s a lack of strong tip support. The muscle that contracts when you smile stretch the tip and the nasal base tissues, creating this widening and drooping.Botox can decrease slightly the consequences, but the best and long-lasting way to fix this is to reinforce the tip supports during a rhinoplasty.
