This is an 87 year old male referred to me secondary to ectropion (droopy lower eyelid) after having a skin cancer removed. The patient was experiencing dry eye and could not completely close his right eye. He underwent a full thickness skin graft with lateral canthoplasty to restore vertical height to the lower lid.
