This patient mentioned that she did not like the loose skin and jowling that formed in the lower face and neckline. She felt that this made her look tired. We performed a deep plane facelift with subtle, yet dramatic, results. The patient’s jawline and neck are much more defined and smooth. The patient is very pleased with her results.
