After upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) and lower lid blepharoplasty through a skin incision to remove the extra skin. In addition the patient had a procedure called canthoplasty to support the lower lids , preserve the shape of the eyes and avoid lower lid retraction also known as “deer in the headlights” appearance
