It appears you may have ptosis, or a droopy upper eyelid, on one side. An examination in office by an oculoplastic surgeon (who specializes in eyelid surgery) would be the best approach to determine whether you would be a good candidate for surgery.
I am getting lower eyelid bleph, fat removal only. Do I need skin tightening as well?

After reviewing your photos, I believe you will have a great cosmetic outcome with only fat removal. You are young, have great skin tone and should do great with removal of fat only. The risk in removing skin is creating an ectropion, or scarring of the lower lids that will pull them down. I think you’ll have a great result overall and wish you the best of luck.
