In some Accutane patients, acne may get worse during the first month of use, but results are fairly good when a complete medication cycle is finished. In your particular case two weeks seems to short of a time to start seeing results.The majority of patients could expect long term remission of acne symptoms.Keep the prescribed regimen and do not discontinue treatment without consulting it first with your dermatologist.Hope this helps.
