So sorry to hear about your trauma and your lack of support. Vaginal tightening is possible . Depending of the degree you desire non-surgical options such as radio-frequency can tighten the issue or it can be done with a simple outpatient surgery for more substantial results. Reduction and flattening of the Mons can be accomplished in a number of ways. Formal reduction/excision could be performed and use your existing scar. Using less invasive means like office liposuction and skin tightening with laser or radio frequency will also give great results. The abdominal scar could also be improved with the laser.
