There appears to be a bit off extra skin and fat of your upper abdominal area. This can be treated with liposuction to remove the fat. The skin should shrink afterwards because you are young and have no stretch marks.
The other option would be a mini or full tummy tuck. This would result in fat removal and skin tightening. It would guarantee more of a bikini body abdomen but at the cost of a scar beneath the panty line.

Hello. Your pictures show that most of your tissue excess is toward the front. This may be why in the standing position the minora look prominent. An extended wedge labiaplasty with a vertical clitoral hood reduction would give you the trimmest result. I agree that an edge trim may make your clitoral hood look more prominent. Be sure to choose a surgeon with significant experience with labiaplasty.
Would a 3 layer closure be enough for this labiaplasty revision?

It appears as if you have a bilateral dehiscence or separation of the wedge resection of your labia minora. The clitoral hood is large and a rotational flap with the existing hood could restore more normal anatomy. It would not be my recommendation to attempt a closure of the wedges as this has a high chance of recurrent separation.

You have a nice narrow waist and a tummy tuck will remove the extra skin and fat along the abdominal area. The biggest benefit from lower back or flank lipo is reducing the muffin top over jeans. If that is not an issue for you consider forgoing the flank lipo. Flank liposuction could always be done at another time or better yet Coolsculpting if the area remains an issue for you.

Labiaplasty is one of my most popular procedures. Patients are very happy with the results of wedge labiaplasty and we do most if not all of our patients under local anesthesia here in our private accredited surgical facility. Topical anesthetic is applied first to reduce any discomfort with the local injections. The procedure usually takes about an hour and the numbing effect lasts 4-6 hours afterwards.

It looks like you have some separation of your neck muscles, loose neck skin and a few deep facial lines. My suggestion would be to consider a neck lift or lower facelift to address the skin and neck laxity. At the time of the surgery some fat could be placed into the facial hollows and wrinkles. Fillers could help maintain the result but in my opinion would not be effective alone. Non surgical tightening such as Vivace or Ultherapy could be an option if the downtime from surgery...

A youthful neck consists of natural contours of the underlying muscle and the skin. In performing a neck lift a small incision is necessary under the chin to access the platysma muscle which is contoured to shape the neck and jaw. The excess skin is then removed primarily behind the ear and sometimes extending to the hairline behind the ear.

It sounds like you are thin and only need a small amount of liposuction. Incisions could be placed low and towards the back in the bikini line to avoid visibility. Another option you may consider would be Coolsculpting where the fat is removed without surgery and without a scar. The flanks usually have a bit of redundant skin which is necessary for the Coolsculpting device to attach.

It seems as if you have had a significant edge trim of your labia minora which has accentuated the clitoral hood redundancy. The correct treatment is reduction of the clitoral hood from which i think you are still a bit swollen. I would give the healing process another 3-4 months and see how it looks.

Hello. It looks like you have mostly excess skin around the belly button. The amount of laxity may require a reverse tummy tuck where the skin is exposed under the bra line. The traditional tummy tuck where the skin around the belly button is trimmed then pulled downward is the better option. Non invasive tissue tightening with Ultherapy or Themage may help shrink the skin a bit but not to the extent that a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty would accomplish.
