You should really think about gum correction. A smile looks great only if there is balance of white and pink. You would need gingivectomy (crown lengthening). Veneers is a very good option. It is suggested to check occlusion and do equilibration before bonding the veneers. Still would suggest you to wear a night guard after the veneer treatment.
Crowns are more invasive than veneers. Hence, not recommended in your case just for aesthetic correction.

Your molar tooth that appears to be heavily stained is actually decayed. Please get an X-ray done for evaluation. If the decay has not reached pulp(nerve of the tooth), then a filling can be done.
You can also consider oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning). Fissures of the back teeth (molars) usually have some stains, not necessarily it’s because of a decay.
I would not advice you to crown your front teeth. You can achieve a good smile with Teeth Whitening and veneers.
