One of your labia minora is a bit more protruded than the other. This can be fixed in the office under local anesthetic with a labiaplasty if it is really bothering you that much aesthetically. ‘Lowering” the clitoris is not usually a performed procedure for Anything in fact. If you pursue this, i highly doubt that it will solve any issue you are having. See a gynecologist who specializes in sexual health. Typically for some patients we may reduce or elevate the clitoral HOOD if it is too thick or covering the clitoris too much. Also an O Shot (PRP injection) can sensitize your clitoris more to stimulation in some cases. However, a surgery to “lower” the clitoris will most…

There is a definite widening of the introitus, obvious rectocele and cystocele which are due to relaxation of the upper and lower vaginal walls.
The good news is that this condition can be easily fixed, treating everything at once in the same surgery. Be sure to mention to your surgeon if you have any accidental urine leak upon coughing or exercising so that may be addressed at the same time as well.
