In my opinion, tummy tuck, maybe combined with liposuction, is indicated in your case. Liposuction alone will only make things worse. Skin laxity will probably accentuate and you will not be satisfied. My advice is to achieve your weight goals and then schedule an appointment for a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.
is it best to wait for Dysport to wear off or go back and try to fix the issue?
Too early to judge Dysport treatment

It takes approximately two weeks to see the full effect of Dysport treatment. I always check my patients 15 days after the first injection and, if necessary, add small amounts of Dysport in order to fix any problem. I suggest that you wait another week and then call your doctor for a follow-up consultation if you are still not satisfied with the results.

Hello! I suggest that you come in contact with your plastic surgeon. What you describe is most probably caused by a nerve stimulation and will go away but it is best to inform your doctor.

Does sun exposure after getting Botox or dysport affect the effects?

This is a very common question i get from my patients and the answer is no; sun exposure does not affect the results you get from botox/dysport injection. That said, using a sunscreen cream(30SPF) will definitely delay skin aging and protect you from various skin lesions.
Had otoplasty under local anesthetic on Monday. Today am in agony. Any suggestions?

My suggestion is too call your surgeon as soon as possible and have him check on you once again. Infection after otoplasty is not common but when it occurs one should be treated immediately with antibiotics.

Complete healing after all surgery can take up to one year and this is the case for eyelid surgery too. I think it is too soon after your blepharoplasty and you will see these bumps resolve over the next few months.
