The most common reason for an over-reduction of the labia minora labiaplasty is retraction of the underlying fibrous-cutaneous layer. If revision is contemplated fat grafting with micro/nano fat + PRP and a staged repair seems to be the best strategy. Please be aware that the basis of this approach has a low level of evidence.

There is a scarcity of evidence to support any specific time. On the basis of my experience a 6 mo post delivery interval is most appropriate. It is common to perform a perineoplasty in a patient being treated with a labioplasty and removal of perianal tags and redundant tissue. Best wishes on your delivery!!
