My recommendation is to get a few names from friends or family, then do your own research and meet with the surgeon.  There are many skilled surgeons who can help you, however there are many personalities and it is important you find a surgeon you are comfortable with, and are confident in his/her abilities to provide you the best result possible.  I would highly recommend a Facial Plastic Surgeon or someone who specializes in rhinoplasty surgery.

In general, surgical rhinoplasty will give you the best longterm result.  The only non-surgical option are dermal fillers.  They can be used to fill in defects and concavities to give the appearance of a straighter nose.  I would get a consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon if you are interested in this.

Your interest in changing your nose is similar to the request I hear from many of my patients.  With Asian noses, tip refinement can be challenging.  Usually, Asians have thicker nasal tip skin which requires either grafting (with cartilage), or using an implant.  This also has the added benefit of raising the bridge of the nose.  I would recommend seeing a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon to get an opinion.

Based on the limited views of your nose, it would seem that balancing your facial features is important.  With regards to the nose, raising the bridge (or dorsum), refining the tip, and reducing the width are all possible changes to improve your nose and enhance your nose.  You may want to consider a nasal implant as well.  I would recommend a consultation with a Board Certified Facial Plastic surgeon to discuss your treatment plan in person.

Generally it is better to sleep on your back after any type of facial surgery, including Asian Eyelid surgery.  This helps reduce swelling.  However, if you tend to sleep on your side, you may notice one side will swell more than the other.  This does not necessarily mean you cannot have surgery.  I would discuss this with your Facial Plastic Surgeon.
Would Buccal fat removal help me with my asymmetric cheeks?

Typically buccal fat removal reduces the fat in the lower cheek area just to the side of the lips.  This helps give more of a contoured look to the face.  If you have wide upper cheeks, then buccal fat is not the right procedure for you.  Based on your pictures, it looks like the bulk of your cheek is in the upper part.  I recommend you see a board certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in this type of surgery to get an opinion.
