A facelift will alleviate a significant amount of your wrinkles but an adjunct procedure such as facial fat grafting and/or facial resurfacing (chemical peel or laser) will likely be required to get rid of all of your wrinkles. My advice to you is that you get a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who will listen to your wants, carefully examine you, and suggests a variety of options to improve your appearance. A good consultation is a dialogue including listening, analysis, and options. The consultation should result in you making an informed choice relating to your options. In my opinion, there is no substitute for this carefully performed consultation.

The irregularities in your face may improve as time progresses and more healing occurs. I would avoid early injection of steroids (kenalog), as this can cause further soft tissue atrophy. Howver, conservative injection of hyaluronic acid gel fillers can camouflage irregularities (if carefully performed).

Complete evaluation requires manual palpation of the mass and an internal evaluation of the nose (usually endoscopy with magnification)>After this evaluation and review of the CT scan, a diagnosis is usually made.
