Body lift will leave major scar horizontally which will remain visible. From my point of view, your condition can be improved with liposuction along with wearing compression garment. Of course arm lift may give you more dramatic change than liposuction but your condition isn’t so severe, so arm lift isn’t the only option.

For your condition, not just limited area but whole abdomen fat can be removed then vaser liposuction is more suitable. Of course checking the amount of subcutaneous fat is required. However, even with vaser liposuction, for some clinics (like us) allow patients to go back within 4~5 days after surgery with using skin bond.

Sunken areas can be filled up and bulging areas can be extracted, however for folds and lines can be improved with lifting such as SMAS lifting or thread lifting. Also for under eyes, lower eyelid fat reposition can be recommended as well.Surgery plan can be decided after face to face consultation depends on patient’s skin condition.As plastic surgeon, I’d recommend fat grafting, facial liposuction along with lower eyelid fat reposition and lifting can improve your current condition.

There is a limitation to give you recommendation only with pictures. Also you should be aware even with plastic surgery, you will not get 100% symmetry face. I cannot be sure about what layer of your skin need to be improved whether is an issue on dermal, muscle, facial bone. To work on obvious asymmetry on your left side, two jaw surgery, facial bone contouring, facial liposuction seem suitable. However, as I mentioned at least after seeing CT or X-ray you may get some ideas surgeons.

Having non-surgical method(such as thread) may give you narrower look, however only for temporarily. With nose surgery, the effect is permanent with more noticeable change than non-surgical method. Reducing size of the tip by tie up and raise the nose septal cartilage seem suitable based on picture you provided here.
