Recovery from liposuction is pretty quick. Most patients take Advil for a few days. I have my patients up and walking that day. They can return to work or school in one or two days. I recommend compression garments for 3-4 weeks

I tell my patients that 60% of the swelling is gone in 3 weeks,but the other 40% may take 3 months. I have my patients wear compression garments for 4 weeks. You may have some areas that are lumpy,from fibrosis(thickening of tissue due to the trauma from liposuction). That will resolve. If there are some residual fat pockets,your plastic surgeon can revise them,usually with a syringe or a chemical such as lipodissolve or Aqualyx

Eyelid skin is 1/7th as thick as cheek skin.Amuch thinner filler such as Silk or Volbella is better to use. The proper dose for hyaluronidase is somewhere around 30 U for each 1/4 cc of filler used.Juvederm Ultra requires a little more in my opinion

There are different degrees of tummy tuck,depending on how much fat there is,how loose the muscles are and how much loose skin needs to be removed. You will have to be careful picking up the 2 yr old, if your have the standard type of tummy tuck. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon as to what your goals are and what the surgeon would recommend

I have performed facelifts on over 1000 patients. The youngest was 35 and her face was on billboards . My oldest was a 92 yr old who closed her law practice at 89. She stills sends me Christmas cards 6 years later.Most patients start looking for treatment in their late 40's. There are a few good minimally invasive procedures ,such as Facetite ,that I use for the younger ,minimally sagging neck and jawline. I also use fillers and fat grafts to restore volume to the cheeks

You are a good candidate for reduction of one breast and lift only on the other.You should wait until you stop having children,because a reduction will interrupt some of the breast glands.Since you are still pretty young , I would wait.

I use Smartlipo or Facetite,depending on how much fat is in the neck,the patients age, weight and skin laxity. If you are young and thin you should get a noticeable result. Older thin patients do better with skin resection i.e. facelift

When treating with Fcaetite,the procedure is done in the subcutaneous layer,which is the fat layer beneath the skin and on top of the muscle layer.The radiofrequency heat melts fat and tightens skin.This causes mild fluid accumulation and compression limits that.It speeds up the recovery time. I have my patients wear compression for 3 days

I have never had an infection post rhinoplasty. They are extremely rare

Post op infections in elective cosmetic surgery cases are rare.I usually prescribe antibiotics but many surgeons believe they are not necessary.I would discuss this with your plastic surgeon. Perhaps there are special  issues that he is dealing with

Radiofrequency uses heat to shrink collage fibers and stimulate new collagen growth to add support to the breast tissue.It is more effective with small breasts and doesn't provide long term results.A lift done around the areola leaves a well concealed scar and does a  better job

I have been using Facetite for almost 3 years and haven't seen this problem. I don't know to what extent you had the treatment.I avoid the chin and don't go more than 1 inch above the jawline.I tell patients that it takes up to 6 months to see the final results.Maybe a small amount of filler will smooth things out in the short term

RF is one of the better devices for shrinking skin and removing fat ,in a patient with good skin elasticity.Looking at your photos ,I think it is a procedure worth considering.Facetite,which is a bipolar device works both on the inside and outside of your skin to tighten about 30%.combined with Fractora,an extenal RF device,it can shrink skin 40%,while removing fat. I would consider lip implants,which are permanent and give great results

A traditional facelift will lift the midface(cheeks),lower face(jawline) and neck. A mini lift ,depending on who you talk to,will do less of a lower face and neck lift,and no cheek elevation.Judging from your photos,I would recommend a traditional lift,with fat grafts to the cheeks and area around your mouth.You are in your late 50's ,so you might as well do it right
