After body measurements a range of implant sizes, suitable for you, can be determined.You would need a breast lift only if you would choose a small implant size, which I do not recommend.If the size of the implant is sufficient, along with a high projection, you will not need a breast lift as well. You can have perfect natural result.I recommend anatomical implants, widening of your breast base and possibly transposition of your infra-mammary fold inferiorly.
