You would really need to submit photos or better be seen in consultation to know exactly how to proceed.  A slight amount of wrinkle can be treated with Botox.

For the best result yes.  Lifting the neck along with the jowl and cheek as one unit would be the ideal way to go about your treatment plan.  The brow and eyes would also need to be evaluated but from the photos provided I would suggest a full facelift.

My suggested would be SAFE Liposuction of the circumferential trunk and arms.  While non-surgical treatments exist none come close to a surgical result.  If you do decided to go with non-surgical cool-sculpting has good data to support.  However, the best result would be surgery.

The ideal surgical plan will likely include exchanging your implants and performing a breast lift.  The capsule around your current implant can be used to lift your implants but then the nipple and loose breast skin will need to be repositioned/tightened.  This is why the lift will be important for you to accomplish your goals.
Do I still need symmastia repair if I’m removing my implants?

You should not need the symmastia repaired if you are removing the implants.  If there is abnormal contour in the midline this may need to be corrected.  This can happen from irregularities of the pectoralis muscle.

I agree with the others that your chin and jaw structure is aesthetically ideal.  I do believe that changes to your nose would create a better balance between your nose and existing facial structures.
