Thanks for your question. You can take lateral canthoplasty. The procedure would be done like below ; Incise the outer corner.  and incise the lower margin from the lateral corner. Move the lateral canthus to the outer place and fix it. repair the incision wound. That is lateral canthoplasty and it will make the eyes wider. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Your eyelid double folds are asymmetric and you have prominent Mongolian fold so, I recommend you to undergo double eyelidplasty for symmetry, with epicanthoplasty for widening the eyelids width. Thanks for your question. Whenever we remove something from our body, there grows scar tissue which would fill the vacant space. The doctor could remove the bone but fiberotic and connective tissues tend to grow and sometimes they make more bulky appearance there. The fibrotic tissue is not a permanent tissue so they used to be disappear with time so please wait and see about the appearance of your nose. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Thanks for your question. Please look at the bright side of the operation things. Your breasts got volume and you did not have any anesthetic accidents nor bleeding problems, nor infection yet. Please think brightly, and wait and see for 2~3months postop. After that, you can talk with your surgeon abtout the shape, volume, upper fullness, and everything becase it is settled then. Thanks for your question. Your nose needs nostril reduction and tip plasty. The nostrils are reduced by resection surgery to make a refined nose.and the tip is opened and the low lateral cartilages will be gathered, reduced, and then the tip of nose will be sharper. Thanks for your question. My answer for your question is yes. The surgery name is alar rim reduction + bulbous nasal tip correction. We resect the excess tissue from the alar rim, and reduce the lower lateral cartilage of the nose, and gather them to center, therefore make the nose tip sharper. Don’t worry about it cause that is the mainstay of asian nose job. Good luck and have a wonderful day.
