Liposuction is the "gold standard" at the current time to lessen fat in the thighs. For non-invasive treatments, Vanquish just came out with an attachment for the thighs

The bulge can be from too much fat. Treat with liposuction or if the bulging is the result of inadequately tightened fascia, then yes, it can be fixed with a reverse abdominoplasty. It is very important to be aware of the scars, not the most attractive or easy to hide. It may be best to reopen the TT scar and retighten.

Be careful if there is a mismatch of the breast (soft tissue envelope) and (implant & capsule). You may need to keep the same size or increase the size of the implant and open the capsule surgically.

This is normal. Everyone has a "big eye" and a "small eye" It may increase as you age. It can be exacerbated by ptosis or drooping of the upper eyelid. This could be corrected with blepharoplasty surgery.
