Can Kenalog be injected into the bridge of the nose one year after rhinoplasty?
Yes and no

It can be done to reduce the swelling in the tip but it cannot be hundred percent effective. The main problem in your nose is the bulbous tip. Not the bridge. And the columella protrudes to much. If it bothers you, you may need an revision case. The healing can take up to 2 years. 1 year is still early for that. But you can try the Kenalog injection for the tip and see how it is going.
