Yes hair transplant can be done in thining area to increase density but it’s highly recomended to avoid it unless and until your hair hairless pattern is clear because thining procedde over the time.
Lastly crown is a difficult area to make a patient happy.As hairs are not inter lockeded here so they wont give the impression of dense hairs.
