Thanks for the question, and congrats on the baby. I just had one myself. My suggestion for you is a skin only tummy tuck. It has the benefits of removing the pouch but not all the downtime and risks of a full tummy tuck

The average plastic surgeon does a few cases a year of liposuction so please see someone that does 10 plus a week. By evaluating the quality of your skin (looking at stretch marks, cellulite) and a through medical history the surgeon should be able to accurately predict your outcome and put you in the right direction for either surgery or lifestyle management or both!

Thanks for this question, its best to have liposuction when you are close to your ideal body weight. If you lose a lot of weight after you can destabilzie the collagen in the skin. I prefer to use plama or ionized helium in these scenarios to help tighten peoples skin. Its like putting your skin in the dryer vs taking it to the tailor (skin removal)

Thanks for the question, I would use both vaser and plasma to contribute to skin tightening during your liposuction. Since you dont have stretchy skin from weight loss, maturity, sun damage, or multiple pregnancies from what I can see I dont think you need skin removal. Just make sure you see an expert with all of the necessary devices!

Why can’t I get Liposuction on my mid and; upper back ,sides/armpit area?

Thanks for the question, your surgeons were right to pump the breaks. I would suggest minimal fat removal and max skin tightening to get you as close to flat and tight as possible. Dont let someone take a lot of fat out it will loosen skin and make it worse

Thanks for the question, we all want a buick for the price of a chevy (I heard that line once). If your goal is to be super flat than even with vaser and plasma you will not with lipo alone, you will only get good skin retraction with intense plasma energy after the vaser and lipo component, many times I add a small amount of skin removal to the lipo to take the result to the next level. Thanks for the question, please dont waste your time and money with non surgical treatments here. You need a little vaser liposuction of the chin under local anesthetic to get the result you want. Everything else will be a dissapointment

There is so much misconception out there. So here is a great opportunity. First, please see a lipo specialist. Most surgeons do 20 a year, see someone who does at least 10 a week. Thanks for the question, I sit on the safety committee so I feel comfortable answering. As long as you are healthy and the surgery is kept under 6 hours (at 6 hours we know complications go up) yes it can be done. I would use heparin before surgery and lovenox for 5 days to ensure no blood clots, tranexamic acid to make sure you have the least amount of bleeding as possible and exparel (3 day long numbing) to reduce pain so you recover faster. Being a good seamstress aka surgeon is easy....

You have amazing anatomy. To tweak those stubborn areas you need an expert who has both vaser and plasma. This will allow the smoothest tightest liposuction result. Old technology just wont do it. This can be done under minimal sedation to get your downtime to a minimum

Thanks for the question. Shockingly this has become one of my most common procedures. We call it bra buldge for some reason that sounds better than armpit fat. I use vaser to melt this stubborn area and a little cannula the size of a stir stick to remove it. We do it under local anesthesia and your back to work the next day and back at the gym in a week
