I don't know what your lower eyelids looked like before the juvaderm (dermal filler) injection, but i definitely agree with you that the current appearance is not satisfactory. i would have to examine you, but based on your photos, i would recommend trans-conjunctival fat removal from the lower eyelids (no external scars) and, if necessary, conservative skin excision.
