More than likely you are ready as long as your cartilages are mature and firm to touch on examination. You have an under projected tip which must be augmented in several ways including tip grafting with cartilage and cartilage strutting of your columella. If your cartilages are soft you cannot get a predictable result. Hump removal will help then profile less if the tip is not properly done.
