An MRI will not affect your filler as it does not contain any metal that may be moved by the strength of the MRI. Typically, a patient lays on their back for a long period of time while images are taken, so an MRI should be avoided immediately after placing filler as you ideally want to remain upright for at least 4 hrs following filler placement.
