This gentlemen desired to improve the shape and appearance of his chest. He had had chest fullness/gynecomastia his whole life and was finally in a place in his life to be able to correct it. To achieve the result below, we performed excision gynecomastia as well as liposuction of his chest. We chose to use an internal tissue glue to allow us to accomplish the surgery without the use of drains. A compression vest was applied and all sutures were dissolvable.
