Hi Freddie. It looks like you have lowerlid bagging caused by fat pads that sit under the eyeball coming forward. I think filler would actually make your lowerlids fuller and worse. I recommend a lowerlid blepharoplasty. My technique involves lowerlid fat pad sculpting from incision inside the lowerlid, eliminating the need for an incision on the skin and no stitches are involved.
