As mentioned elsewhere, there are numerous ways to fix an endoscopic brow lift. Sutures, bone tunnels, endotines, and screws. I personally use Endotines because they are broad. Suture fixation pulls and fixates one small area of the brow, while Endotines are wide and grab/secure more tissue. In my hands, Endotines provide a more natural look and are relatively easy to use.
It is a personal preference.

Yes your ears are different, but that is common. Only you can answer if the time, cost, healing, risk of complications, and chance of still having asymmetry are worth it to YOU!

There are certainly things that may be done, but much more information in needed. Have you previously had an otoplasty? What does the left ear look like? What are the measurements of the ear? This certainly isn’t a “run of the mill” otoplasty. Seek a surgeon with significant experience and ask to see multiple before and after photos.

I suggest waiting prior to any revision procedures. It can take up to 12 months for all the swelling to resolve. Be patient and follow-up with the surgeon.

Yes a chin can be setback after a genioplasty.. I agree with Dr. Morrissette. It is imperative you wait until the swelling resolves and then reevaluate. This is not an easy procedure, but can be simplified with virtual planning on a computer and having custom guides made to help during the reduction surgery.
