Hi Anastasia, by injecting fat you are getting volume and they are going to look plump, Some wrinkles will go away, not sure all the wrinkles will go away. And in an effort to get rid of all the wrinkles, you might get more volume than your looking for. Maybe a combination of fat injection and a LASER with thermal mode on the outside might help for skin tightening , but, it´s going to hurt.

If possible, first do a labiaplasty and then a vaginal reconstruction.
Labiaplasty is outpatient surgery and is performed on the outside of the genitals. Vaginal reconstruction is not an outpatient surgery, it requires more days of recovery and is performed inside the vagina. In the vaginal canal. These surgeries can be performed together at the same time,or separately at different times.

You should definitely try some sessions with JULIET.Juliet helps to have a greater librication during sex. Juliet also improves vaginal tightning a bit.Two, maximum three sessions would be enough. 1 every month.
