Based on the photos you have posted you will get some improvement with lipo but are unlikely to get enough skin shrinkage to attain the result you are looking for. If you want to get a real defined jaw neck line you will need some form of lower neck lift and direct fat removal.

You may have some clumping of the filler or could still be swelling. If it is more then a month and it was a hyaluronic acid filler you can have your doctor inject some hyaluronidase to dissolve small amounts if it bothering you.

Bone grafting in rhinoplasty is not used that much in the US anymore.Most surgeons use cartilage, either from the septum, ear or rib or donor. Without a detailed exam its hard to be definitive but it appears that cartilage spreader grafts along with osteotomies would address your frontal view aesthetic concerns without changing your profile.
Is it beneficial to regularly get touch up/top off Botox rather than to wait for it to wear off
