A mini tummy tuck is not going to give you the results your looking for, and with liposuction it will get rid of the excess fat your exhibiting. I would definitely recommend Consulting with a few Board Certified Plastic Surgeons before making your decision.

I would recommend getting set up with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for the best post op care. I normally recommend using some sort of scar cream/sheets on incisions at about 3 weeks post op. I hope this helps!

Can I get away with just breast augmentation without a breast lift?

Thank you for your question! Based on your photos, I believe you would achieve better cosmetic results with a Breast Augment and Mastopexy(lift). Your nipple/areola complex is on the lower portion of your breast and if you were to just put an implant in you would possibly cause a “snoopy dog deformity” with going under the muscle. I would recommend setting up a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Good Luck!

Thank you for your question! Only being 3 weeks post op it is hard to tell if there is asymmetry or not. It takes about 6-8 weeks for you breasts to settle and for swelling to go down. Settling and swelling can also go down faster in one breast compared to the other. I would suggest giving it a little more time and discussing your concerns with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question. I would follow the recommendation of your doctor and their post op instructions. That said, I have my patient start using some sort of scar treatment at their 3 week post op appointment. If there is any delay in their healing process it could possibly be pushed out.
