Do you think my FUT surgeon made a mistake planning my grafts?
Naked eye examination is very important
Dec 14, 2023
At our clinic, we believe FUE is superior to FUT method. Your case is a perfect example. In FUE, your grafts would be collected to create a homogenous look at the back but also with a good ratio of singles and multiple grafts. I can confirm with an FUE method, you would not have this problem. It can also be fixed though. But no question, they should have examined properly and they should have known this.
There is minimal research on autologous fat cell derived stem cells. Does this work or not?
We have seen great results at our patients
Dec 14, 2023
It is very important to know the kit and whether the clinic is actually performing the stem cell therapy the proper way. We do use fatcells or real hair grafts. We have seen great results especially with hair root stem cells that helped regrown thinning hair. However, your case needs to be closely examined before anyone can promise you the result.
Age 35, female – what can I do against my pattern hair loss?
Blood test first, stem cell therapy and maybe hair transplant later
Dec 14, 2023
Hello! As a woman hair transplant surgeon myself, I can relate tto what you are feeling. I would recommend you have a blood test to check if your hormones and other things are functioning properly. After that, I would think a stem cell therapy session would help your issue. If nothing works, hair transplant is always an option. However, the thinning can be solved many times without a hair transplant.
Is it possible that hair transplant may damage the frontalis muscle and effect the elevation of the ey
Incorrect hairline can cause damage to the nerves or blood vessels
Apr 20, 2023
If the placement of hair grafts too close to the hairline or incorrect angling of the incision during implantation can cause damage to the nerves or blood vessels that supply the frontalis muscle. This can result in temporary or permanent weakening of the muscle, which may affect the elevation of the eyebrows. It is important to choose a qualified and experienced hair transplant surgeon who can carefully plan and execute the procedure to minimize the risk of any potential complications,…
Hair graft survival indicator?
It takes several months for the transplanted hair grafts for the final results of the operation.
Apr 19, 2023
Not necessarily. The growth of hair in the recipient area within the first 14 days after a hair transplant surgery does not necessarily indicate that the transplanted hair grafts have survived. During the first 2 weeks after a hair transplant, it is normal to experience some shedding of the transplanted hairs as the hair follicles enter into a resting phase before beginning to grow new hair. This process is a natural part of the hair growth cycle. The transplanted hair follicles may also…
Can low dose Naltrexone cause hair loss in women?
There is no common side effect of Naltrexone for hair loss in women
Apr 19, 2023
There is limited information on the relationship between low dose naltrexone (LDN) and hair loss in women. There have been some reports of hair loss in individuals taking naltrexone, but it is not a common side effect. Additionally, the few studies that have investigated the use of LDN in women have not reported hair loss as a side effect. It’s important to note that hair loss can have many different causes, including hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, stress, and underlying medical…
