How do I get more upper pole fullness?

Part of the issue is that a high profile implant isn’t the best choice to get more upper pole fullness. As you can see, the top of the implant is near the nipple. You need a wider/taller profile implant that can occupy more of that space in the upper pole to give you the fullness you desire.

In addition, your implants may have bottomed out slightly so fixing this will also bring the implant up a little higher and put it in a better position behind the nipple.

Thanks for your question. A double can happen for a number of reasons but isn’t usually due to using a larger implant. Based off of your images, a larger and wider implant should be able to close your central gap a little more and give you a very nice result.

Based on the photos you provided it looks like you would do great with just an implant exchange and no lift. That is always subject to change once you’re seen in person but i don’t think it would. This is also assuming that you’re going to keep your implant volume about the same.

Based on the photos that you shared you do appear to be an excellent candidate for a BBL. I think the results you are looking for are totally achievable as well. I would recommend having vaser hi definition lipo of your abdomen and flanks with fat transfer to your buttocks. This will give you the shape you desire as well as a more defined abdomen. The vaser will also help remove any stubborn fat as a result of the coolsculpting. Recovery is usually about 7-10 days but it will take 3-6 months…

The basic rule of thumb is that for every 150-175cc you should go up by about one cup size. So the high profile implants you’re looking at will likely take you into the D range.You also said that your breasts are further apart now. In order to help with that you’re better off with a slightly less projecting and wider implant. This also helps to add more fullness in the top of the breast. Thanks for submitting the photos. Based on the pictures you appear to be an ideal candidate for high definition liposuction. You will be within the five leader limit in California. Whether or not to have some fat transfer to your buttocks is purely a personal opinion. Most people choose to do it in order to improve the overall shape And size of the butt. Thanks for the great questions and for providing the photos. Most people are candidates for a BBL but there may be some limitations on how much fat can be transferred because of how thin you are. Based on your photos you still have enough fat to get a very nice result. I also utilize a technology called vaser which allows me to more completely remove fat when compared to traditional liposuction. I think a Fleur de lis will leave you with a vertical scar without addressing the excess skin in your upper abdomen. Thanks for the great question.  You’re a great candidate for fat transfer to the hips. During this procedure liposuction is performed to remove fat from one part of your body (usually from the back, abdomen, flanks, arms, or thighs) and is then transferred to your hips. You can still achieve a very natural look through fat transfer procedures.

This is a pretty advanced question! The short answer is no, base width does not have an effect on animation deformity. Having and animation deformity is more due to how pectoralis is released during surgery. Over or under release of the muscle can cause a more severe and dramatic animation deformity. Choosing the right sized implant for your body can be one of the most difficult parts of the breast augmentation process. If you do have a very narrow base width then you may require a higher profile implant in order to get the volumes you want. In my practice I use a combination of breast measurements as well as 3D imaging to help patients choose an implant. Animation Deformity. Will removing my implants fix this?

Based on your photos it looks as though your muscle wasn’t released properly during your surgeries which is contributing to your animation. Fixing your pocket and muscle may be all you need to really improve the animation. Otherwise, removing the implants will make the animation deformity go away altogether. If you do still want implants I’d recommend seeing a plastic surgeon who does a lot of revision work as they will be able to give you the best idea about what’s possible. BestDr. Sieber

Thanks for posting some photos. How far out from surgery are you? To me your nose still looks very swollen. For primary rhinoplasties it takes up to a year for the swelling to totally resolve. I’m secondary cases such as yours it may take 1-2 years for the swelling to go away. During this time the nose will not have much definition. I don’t see any issues with the before photo you posted and I expect that it will look a lot like the after photo once the swelling has resolved. Revision case…
