You are a good candidate for a mommy makeover. I would recommend a full tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast augmentation. I would not combine the thighs with a tummy tuck because the incidence of DVT increases.

From your photos I would recommend a circumferential abdominoplasty. Going all the wat around will have more control of the love handle areas. Lipo of this area alone will leave your with excess skin.

From your photos you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck and liposuction of the abdomen. The area you circle will be improved with skin tightening and lipo. Some of the prominence is also your lower ribs.
