I think you eventually will be a great candidate for both but I also recommend that you try and lose as much weight as you can for best results with the tummy tuck. Liposuction can be done to also improve areas around the abdomen. I would recommend a consultation with a plastic surgeon in your area for a game plan. Good luck with your journey.

What you are describing is very normal at your post-op stage. Be careful to rest and not push it too much, especially lifting when you do go back to work. You should speak with your surgeon at your next appointment and ask as many questions as you can. As for speeding things up, no. Your question is a good one and at first glance I would recommend an upper body lift with liposuction throughout the area. However for a full workup and expectation, an office consultation is needed. I would recommend selecting a surgeon in your area. This will be a nice change for you. Congrats.

From what I see you have a great result so far. Your anatomy is dictating where your breasts will settle ultimately, but it will take several more weeks for your final result to be seen. Sleeping with your breasts supported is a great idea. Speak to your surgeon about what they believe your progress level and final shape will be. They look great at the 7 week mark. Congratulations.

Yes, right now you are swollen and it will take several weeks for your breasts to settle and take the shape intended by your surgeon. So far, your results look excellent. It’s important that you follow all post-op instructions and be sure to take it slow. Things like going back to the gym or everyday lifting can impact your results. I would say concentrate on the improvement for now, and give them a bit more time to heal. If you’re still not satisfied after six months-nine months, I would recommend looking at a revision to achieve what you would like.
