It could be a shock loss at donor site, Its too early to judge the things in just 2 months. In most of the cases shock loss is recovered in 5-6 months.
They tried to extract maximum grafts targeting a small area causes an uneven density & a visible over-harvested patchy area.

Usually, Implanted hair started growing from 3rd month of the procedure and density improves gradually till 8 to 9 months.Also, the hair length plays a pivot role in order to produce a camouflaged, fuller look.
Considering 4.5 months growth, it seems that you are going to get a great result.
In next 4 -5 months, you can expect a fuller frontal as well as covered vertex look.

It is but obvious that FUE is not a good option in curly hair -as punches are straight transections are expected. ,specially in females as very can’t trim hair.Vortex require lots of grafts so again FUT is preferred. Trichophytic closure technique can give almost invisible scar.go to an expert FUT surgeon .

Full results will take further 3 -4 months to appear.2000 fuel grafts are not sufficient to give high density in front arras specially in top views.If u want high density u might require 2 nd sitting. 12 monthd After 1st procedure. That’s y I advice to do F U T for baldness like u to have fuller look in one go .around 4000 grafts are easy to extract by FUT with trychophytic closure technique almost invisible scar on back.

Rogain definitely helps in getting better results of hair transplant. I prefer to start after 2 weeks after surgery. It not only increase the thickness of existing hair even transplanted hair becomes thick . But there is a word of caution. Hair transplant results with rogain might look as very good result at 8 to 10 months post surgery which will definitely going to go down as soon as u stop rogain. In some patients even continuing regain cannot sustain the regrowth and hair starts…
