You don’t need to remove the excess skin, but it seems your alar cartilages should be rotated upward. Diverse methods of cartilage rotation can be applied according to each person’s nose shape and status.

Because of your narrow alar base, your nasaltip looks relatively wide. I doubt if your nasal tip were upward rotated. Nasal tip surgery would be helpaful, but I’d recommend widening alar by alar rim graft.

She has a very beautiful face. It seems she didn’t undergo any plastic surgeries.

However, to improve her image, I would recommend medial brow and forehead lift as her medial brows are low. Also, rhinoplasty and fat injection on forehead and cheeks would improve her overall contour. For oriental patients, preservation of ethnicity is very important, and overall line flow should be more considered rather than partial area.
