I think that the best procedures for you will be a feminization rhinoplasty, mandible contouring and a lip lift. As you mentioned your forehead prominence is not big. Preoperative I always get a CT scan to give me an idea of how prominent facial bones are, it is a great tool of communication with the patient and for planning the procedure.

I feel that raising your brows as well as feminizing your nose and your cheeks will bring a great deal of attractiveness to your face. Increasing the volume of the cheeks can be done either with implants or fillers. Rhinoplasty will produce a nice scoop to our nose and rotate the tip for a more feminine look. I feel that your goals are quite achievable. All the procedures that you listed are a movement in the right direction. I don`think you need all of the them to pass as you are real close to passing even before surgery but I do think that the combination of all procedure together will be truly powerful and making you very attractive. I would start with the most powerful one being the forehead reduction and the mandible contouring (V-line) obviously.

These are all very achievable goals. Reducing the forhead prominence, reducing the angles of protrusion of the mandible angles and the height of the chin will be very feminizing. I need your profile photo to judge your nose shape. In any case a preop CT scan will help determine your bone structure and will be a great tool for the understanding which changes will be best for you.
