It is difficult to tell what the best procedure would be based on the photo. It looks like you may have a mild ptosis. A ptosis is where the eyelid droops and covers part of the pupil or dot in the center of the eye. This can be corrected with a ptosis surgery. If it has been five years, there does not seem to be any concern, but you may want to see an ophthalmologist or have a CT scan of the orbits.

Persistent bleeding after surgery is uncommon. Bleeding after four days without swelling is likely from the surface of the incision or wound edge. There is usually no concern if the bleeding stops and does not lead to pain and swelling. You should seek medical attention right away if there is rapidly developing pain, swelling and bleeding or bruising. Bleeding into the wound could lead to pressure on the eye and possible vision problems.

It takes time for the bones to mend and gain strength. Bone healing can take two weeks for good stability and 6 weeks for the full strength. I usually leave the cast on for at least 6 days, then re-tape the nose for another four days. Most likely you will have the cast removed at your ten day visit. Hope this helps.

I usually recommend avoiding massage or pressure to the area for several hours. However, some authors of published articles recommend waiting one to two weeks before getting facial or facial massage. Applying pressure or massaging the area may cause an undesirable spread of Botox. Injecting Botox between the eyebrows or under the outer eyebrow can lead to ptosis or drooping of the eyelid, which is one of the worst adverse reactions. Hope this helps.
