Hello,It would require a clinical examination to determine whether this fullness on the right side is actually buccal fat.If it was, then unilateral buccal fat reduction would help, another solution would be fat injection to the other side to make it more symmetrical, but if you want a chiseled look then this wouldn’t deliver that.
