The scars are not well delineated in the photo but it appears there are some shallow scars just to the left side of your nose. These scars can be improved with the use of a filler such as Juvederm, Vollure or Refyne over several staged treatments. Passing the needle helps to elevate the base of the scar when performed carefully, and this may result in filling of the scar with fibrosis over time.
